By participating in the Contest, the participant agrees to the unconditional acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions, which may be amended from time to time without prior notice being given.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
- Participants are required to share your favorite mother-child activity or tradition and why it is important to you in the comments section of the post (E.g. baking cookies or going on hikes together)
- Participants are required to like and share the post on their social media
- Follow @LeQuestMall and our sponsors @ beaule_beauty, @ eebeautywellness, @ han_lequest & @nail_quest, in order to qualify as a submission.
Entries will be accepted from 5 to 21 May 2023, 2359hrs.
Entries submitted before or after the eligible period will not be accepted.
Only 1 entry will be eligible per social media account.
Each participant is eligible to win one prize only.
The participant warrants that he/she is the sole owner of all intellectual property rights (including copyright) and other proprietary rights to the photographs, images, content of the caption, and any creative work and materials entered for this Contest (collectively, the “Materials”), and that he/she has not licensed or assigned any intellectual property rights in the Materials to any person.
It is the legal responsibility of the participant, to ensure compliance with all ownership and copyright requirements to reproduce the Materials for this Contest.
Entries must be in accordance with any applicable legislation or regulations. Any posts deemed inappropriate will be removed by under the discretion of the Management.
Entries that do not fulfil the above criteria will be deemed ineligible and will be disqualified.
Winners will be announced directly on Le Quest Mall Instagram and Facebook page. The Mall will contact winners via a direct message on Instagram or Facebook and to obtain their particulars in order to facilitate redemption of their prizes.
Prizes are non-transferrable and no cash equivalent will be offered.
Le Quest Mall (“The Mall”) reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and/or eligibility (if required) in order to claim a prize. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
The Mall reserves the right not to award any prizes, if in their opinion, none of the eligible entries meet the required standard for the prizes.
If, for any reason, the Contest is unable to proceed as planned, or due to any other causes beyond the control of The Mall that affects the administration, security, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, The Mall reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individuals who tamper with the entries, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.
The Participant shall assume all risks in respect of loss, injury, damage or liability which may arise as a result of or in connection to the Participant’s participation in the Contest, and shall not hold The Mall responsible in respect thereof except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Participant shall defend, fully indemnify and hold The Mall and its employees and agents harmless from and against:
- All liabilities, damages, losses, costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) and expenses arising from any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, judgment or execution which The Mall, its employees or agents may suffer or incur from or in connection to the participant’s participation in the Contest; and
- (ii) Any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, judgment or execution, arising from infringement or alleged infringement of any copyright or other intellectual property right or violation of confidentiality in the Materials produced, reproduced or submitted for the Contest.
By participating in the Contest, all participants are deemed to have consented to: the collection, use and disclosure of personal information where deemed practically necessary for the execution of the Contest.
By participating in the contest, contestants grants The Mall permission to use any or all of the submitted images for marketing or promotional purposes.
The Mall reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without any prior notice. In the event of any disputes, The Management’s decision shall be final.
