TERMS & CONDITIONS
SURE-WIN CLAW MACHINE
“Jingle All The Way To Le Quest Mall Sure-Win Claw Machine” (the “Draw”) is organized by Le Quest Mall (“The Mall”). Throughout this document, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “the organizer” refer to Le Quest Mall.
By participating in the Draw, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with these terms and conditions and any other rules, terms or conditions applicable to the Draw. Non-compliance with or breach of any of these terms and conditions may disqualify a participant at any stage of the Draw, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
The Draw is valid for purchases made between 1 Dec 2023 and ends at 1800hrs on 31 Dec 2023 (the “Entry Period”)
Redemptions submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible or entertained.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Participants shall:
- Spend a minimum of $50.00 to be entitled to 1 chance at the Draw.
Maximum of 3 receipts from the same day can be combined.
Original receipts must be produced.
Limited to a maximum of 3 redemptions per shopper per day.
Limited to first 80 redemptions per Challenge day only.
Redemptions are while stocks last on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Receipts for medical treatments, bill payments or any other payments made by AXS machines will not be applicable for redemptions.
DRAW DETAILS

The Draw will be held on 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24, 30 & 31 Dec 2023
Operating hours are from 1200hrs to 1800hrs
All participants must collect their prizes instantly at the booth after the Draw.
Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
The Mall reserves the right to change and vary the prizes at any time and may substitute any prize for an alternative gift of similar value without prior notice.
The value of the gift will be solely determined by the Mall.
By participating, the participant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify the Mall from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages, or causes of action or losses, with respect to or arising out of or related to the prize.
All costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in this Draw and to redeem the prizes are the sole responsibility of the participants.
The Mall reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, including the right to cancel the Draw in such manner as they deem fit, without prior notice or reason, and without liability to such participant or winner.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in all reasonable media publicity as instructed by the Mall relating to the Prize prior to and after the collection of the Prize.
The Mall shall reserve the right to publish, use the names and/or photographs of the Draw’s winner(s) and photographs/content submitted by the participants for the Draw as materials for the purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity, without any prior notice to the Draws winner(s) and the Draw’s winner(s) shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation materials from the Mall or its affiliates.
By participating in this Draw, you are deemed to have given your consent to photography and/or videography of the prize presentation for purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity.
In the event that a winner is found to be disqualified after a prize is awarded, the award may be revoked and the entrant requested to return the prize.
The Mall may disclose to judges, and to third parties overseeing the Draw, such personal information as may be required for contest management.
The Mall reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete, improper or late entry without disclosing or providing any reason whatsoever.
COMPLIMENTARY GIFT WRAPPERS
HOW TO REDEEM
Participants shall:
- Spend a minimum of $10.00 in a single receipt to be entitled to 1 set of gift wrappers
Original receipts must be produced.
Limited to a maximum of 3 redemptions per shopper per day.
Redemptions are while stocks last on a first-come-first-serve basis.

SANTA'S LOST PRESENTS
By participating in the Giveaway, the participant agrees to the unconditional acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions, which may be amended from time to time without prior notice being given.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
- Participants are required to provide the correct answer to “Santa’s Lost Presents” post (dated 01 December 2023) on Le Quest Mall Official Facebook or Instagram account
- Participants are required to like and share the Post on their social media
- Participants are required follow @LeQuestMall on Instagram or Facebook in order to qualify as a submission.
Entries will be accepted from 01 to 31 December 2023, 2359hrs.
Entries submitted before or after the eligible period will not be accepted.
Only 1 entry will be eligible per social media account.
Each participant is eligible to win one prize only.
The participant warrants that he/she is the sole owner of all intellectual property rights (including copyright) and other proprietary rights to the photographs, images, content of the caption, and any creative work and materials entered for this Giveaway (collectively, the “Materials”), and that he/she has not licensed or assigned any intellectual property rights in the Materials to any person.
It is the legal responsibility of the participant, to ensure compliance with all ownership and copyright requirements to reproduce the Materials for this Giveaway.
Entries must be in accordance with any applicable legislation or regulations.
Any posts deemed inappropriate will be removed by and under the discretion of the Management.
Entries that do not fulfil the above criteria will be deemed ineligible and will be disqualified.
Winners will be announced directly on Le Quest Mall Instagram and Facebook page.
The Mall will contact winners via a direct message on Instagram or Facebook and obtain their particulars in order to facilitate redemption of their prizes.
Prizes are non-transferrable and no cash equivalent will be offered.
Le Quest Mall (“The Mall”) reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and/or eligibility (if required) in order to claim a prize. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
The Mall reserves the right not to award any prizes, if in their opinion, none of the eligible entries meet the required standard for the prizes.
If, for any reason, the Giveaway is unable to proceed as planned, or due to any other causes beyond the control of The Mall that affects the administration, security, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway, The Mall reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individuals who tamper with the entries, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway.
The Participant shall assume all risks in respect of loss, injury, damage or liability which may arise as a result of or in connection to the Participant’s participation in the Giveaway, and shall not hold The Mall responsible in respect thereof except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Participant shall defend, fully indemnify and hold The Mall and its employees and agents harmless from and against:
- All liabilities, damages, losses, costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) and expenses arising from any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, judgment or execution which The Mall, its employees or agents may suffer or incur from or in connection to the participant’s participation in the Giveaway; and
- Any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, judgment or execution, arising from infringement or alleged infringement of any copyright or other intellectual property right or violation of confidentiality in the Materials produced, reproduced or submitted for the Giveaway.
By participating in the Giveaway, all participants are deemed to have consented to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information where deemed practically necessary for the execution of the Giveaway.
By participating in the Giveaway, participants grants The Mall permission to use any or all of the submitted images for marketing or promotional purposes.
The Mall reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without any prior notice. In the event of any disputes, The Management’s decision shall be final.
CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA USAGE FOR MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL DISTRIBUTION
By participating in the Contest, all participants are deemed to have consented to: the collection, use and disclosure of personal information where deemed practically necessary for the execution of the Contest.
By participating in the contest, contestants grants The Mall permission to use any or all of the submitted images for marketing or promotional purposes.
The Mall reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without any prior notice. In the event of any disputes, The Management’s decision shall be final.
