HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
- Participants are required to share what is their mother’s favorite flower and why is that her favorite flower in the comment sections of the post (g. Roses or Lavender)
- Participants are required to like and share the post on their Stories.
- Follow @LeQuestMall and our partner @TheBloomBoxSG, in order to qualify as a submission.
Entries will be accepted from 22 April to 4 May 2024, 2359hrs.
Entries submitted before or after eligible period will not be accepted.
Only 1 entry will be eligible per social media account.
Each participant is eligible to win one prize only.
The participant warrants that he/she is the sole owner of all the intellectual property rights (including copyright) and other proprietary rights of the photographs, images, content of the caption, and any creative work and materials entered for this Contest (collectively, the “Materials”), and that he/she has not licensed or assigned any intellectual property rights in the Materials to any person.
It is the legal responsibility of the participant, to ensure compliance with all ownership and copyright requirements to reproduce the Materials for this Contest.
Entries must be in accordance with any applicable legislation or regulations. Any posts deemed inappropriate will be removed by under the discretion of the Management.
Entries that do not fulfil the above criteria will be deemed ineligible and will be disqualified.
Winners will be randomly selected and announced directly on Le Quest Mall Instagram and Facebook page. The Mall will contact winners via a direct message on Instagram or Facebook to obtain their particulars in order to facilitate redemption of their prizes.
Prizes are non-transferrable and no cash equivalent will be offered.
Le Quest Mall (“The Mall”) reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and/or eligibility (if required) in order to claim a prize. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
Photo Submission Requirement:
As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner agrees to take a photograph of their mother alongside the Bloom Box delivered as part of the contest prize. The winner must submit this photograph to Le Quest Mall within five (5) days of receiving the prize. By submitting the photograph, the winner grants Le Quest Mall the irrevocable, perpetual, and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, display, and distribute the photograph in all media formats for marketing and promotional purposes related to The Mall’s activities, without further compensation or the need for additional consent. The winner also confirms that they have obtained the necessary consent from any individuals depicted in the photograph to use their likeness in accordance with the terms stated here.
The Mall reserves the right not to award any prizes, if in their opinion, none of the eligible entries meet the required standard for the prizes.
If, for any reason, the Contest is unable to proceed as planned, or due to any other causes beyond the control of The Mall that affects the administration, security, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, The Mall reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individuals who tamper with the entries, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.
The Participant shall defend, fully indemnify and hold The Mall and its employees and agents harmless from and against:
(i) All liabilities, damages, losses, costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) and expenses arising from any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, judgment or execution which The Mall, its employees or agents may suffer or incur from or in connection to the participant’s participation in the Contest; and
(ii) Any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, judgment or execution, arising from infringement or alleged infringement of any copyright or other intellectual property right or violation of confidentiality in the Materials produced, reproduced or submitted for the Contest.
CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA USAGE FOR MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL DISTRIBUTION
By participating in the Contest, all participants are deemed to have consented to: the collection, use and disclosure of personal information where deemed practically necessary for the execution of the Contest.
By participating in the Contest, contestants grants The Mall permission to use any or all of the submitted images for marketing or promotional purposes.
The Mall reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without any prior notice. In the event of any disputes, The Management’s decision shall be final.
