performances by the talented local singer, “The Cathay Busker” Jeff Ng
(@JeffHelloMusic). A gifted local singer known for his soulful voice, bilingual
performances, and ability to draw a crowd wherever he goes, Jeff’s shows
promise an unforgettable evening of music.

Terms and Conditions
Promotion is valid from 31 May to 29 June 2025. *Maximum of 3
receipts from the same day can be combined. Original receipts must be
presented at the point of redemption. Limited to the first 80 redemptions per
day. Each shopper is allowed up to 3 redemptions per day. Redemptions are on a
first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Prizes are non-transferable
and cannot be exchanged for cash. All event details are accurate at the time of

SURE-WIN CARNIVAL RING TOSS
The June Fiesta 2025 “Sure-Win Carnival Ring Toss” Challenge
(the “Challenge”) is organized by Le Quest Mall (“The Mall”). Throughout this
document, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “the organizer” refer to Le Quest
Mall.
By participating in the Challenge, participants agree to be
bound by and to comply with these terms and conditions and any other rules,
terms or conditions applicable to the Challenge. Non-compliance with or breach
of any of these terms and conditions may disqualify a participant at any stage
of the Challenge, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or
reclaimed.
The Challenge is valid for purchases made between 31 May to
29 June 2025 and ends at 1800hrs on 29 June 2025 (the “Entry Period”)
Redemptions submitted before or after the Entry Period will
not be eligible or entertained.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
- Spend a minimum of $30 in a single receipt to redeem 1 game play.
- Each game play includes 3 ring toss attempts.
- Score 1 point for each ring that lands successfully on a post—up to 3 points per game play.
- Prizes are awarded based on your total score for the round.
Maximum of 3 receipts from the same day can be combined.
Original receipts must be produced.
Each participant is allowed up to 3 redemptions per day.
Limited to first 80 redemptions per Challenge Day only.
Redemptions are while stocks last on a first-come-first-serve
basis.
Receipts for medical treatments, bill payments or any other
payments made by AXS machines will not be applicable for redemptions.
CHALLENGE DETAILS
“Sure-Win Carnival Ring Toss” Challenge is located at the
Main Entrance.
The challenge will be held over 5 weekends, on 31 May, 1, 7,
8, 14, 15, 21, 22, 28, 29 June 2025.
Challenge hours are from 1200hrs to 1800hrs only.
All participants must collect their prizes instantly at the
booth after the challenge.
Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
The Mall reserves the right to change and vary the prizes at
any time and may substitute any prize for an alternative gift of similar value
without prior notice.
The value of the gift will be solely determined by the Mall.
By participating, the participant agrees to hold harmless,
defend and indemnify the Mall from and against any and all claims, demands,
liability, damages, or causes of action or losses, with respect to or arising
out of or related to the prize.
All costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related
expenses that are incurred to participate in this Challenge and to redeem the
prizes are the sole responsibility of the participants.
The Mall reserves the right to change these terms and
conditions, including the right to cancel the Challenge in such manner as they
deem fit, without prior notice or reason, and without liability to such
participant or winner.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in
all reasonable media publicity as instructed by the Mall relating to the Prize
prior to and after the collection of the Prize.
The Mall shall reserve the right to publish, use the names
and/or photographs of the Challenge’s winner(s) and photographs/content
submitted by the participants for the Challenge as materials for the purposes
of advertising and/or trade publicity, without any prior notice to the
Challenge’s winner(s) and the Challenge’s winner(s) shall not be entitled to
claim ownership or other forms of compensation materials from the Mall or its
affiliates.
By participating in this Challenge, you are deemed to have
given your consent to photography and/or videography of the prize presentation
for purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity.
In the event that a participant is found to be disqualified
after a prize is awarded, the award may be revoked and the participant will be
required to return the prize.
The Mall may disclose to judges, and to third parties
overseeing the contest, such personal information as may be required for
contest management.
The Mall reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete,
improper or late entry without disclosing or providing any reason whatsoever.

“CAN YOU RIDE-NTIFY IT?” SOCIAL MEDIA GIVEAWAY
“Can You Ride-ntify It?” (the “Contest”) is organized by Le
Quest Mall (the “Mall”). By participating in the Contest, you agree to the
unconditional acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions, which may be
amended from time to time without prior notice.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Participants must:
- Identify the correct items featured in the “Can You Ride-ntify It?” Giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook.
- Submit their answer in the comments section of the Contest post.
- Tag 2 friends in the post.
- Follow @LeQuestMall on Instagram or Facebook.
- Like and share the Contest post on their social media accounts.
Only one entry per social media account is permitted.
Participants must ensure their profile is public during the
Contest period to allow verification of the entry.
The Contest is open from 31 May to 29 June
2025, 11:59 PM (the “Contest Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not
be considered.
Participants stand a chance to win $20 Le Quest Mall
vouchers.
A total of 10 winners will be
randomly selected from eligible entries at the end of the campaign period.
Each participant is eligible to win one prize only.
Participants must be aged 18 years or older.
Entries must be original and comply with any applicable
legislation or regulations.
Entries deemed inappropriate or in violation of the
guidelines will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Mall.
Participants are solely responsible for ensuring compliance
with ownership and copyright laws when submitting their entries.
Winners will be announced directly on Le Quest Mall Instagram
and Facebook page.
The Mall will contact winners via a direct message on
Instagram or Facebook and to obtain their particulars in order to facilitate
redemption of their prizes.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be
exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
Winners must provide valid proof of identity and/or
eligibility upon request. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the
prize.
The Mall reserves the right not to award any prizes, if in
their opinion, none of the eligible entries meet the required standard for the
prizes.
If, for any reason, the Contest is unable to proceed as
planned, or due to any other causes beyond the control of The Mall that affects
the administration, security, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, The
Mall reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individuals
who tamper with the entries, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
Contest.
The Participant shall assume all risks in respect of loss,
injury, damage or liability which may arise as a result of or in connection to
the Participant’s participation in the Contest, and shall not hold The Mall
responsible in respect thereof except for liability which cannot be excluded by
law.
The Participant shall defend, fully indemnify and hold The
Mall and its employees and agents harmless from and against
- (i) All liabilities,
damages, losses, costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis)
and expenses arising from any claims, demands, actions, proceedings,
judgment or execution which The Mall, its employees or agents may suffer
or incur from or in connection to the participant’s participation in the
Contest; and
- (ii) Any claims,
demands, actions, proceedings, judgment or execution, arising from
infringement or alleged infringement of any copyright or other
intellectual property right or violation of confidentiality in the
Materials produced, reproduced or submitted for the Contest.
CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA USAGE FOR MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL DISTRIBUTION
By participating in the campaign, all participants are deemed
to have consented to: the collection, use and disclosure of personal
information where deemed practically necessary for the execution of the
contests and giveaways.
By participating in the campaign, participants grant The Mall
permission to use any or all of the submitted images for marketing or
promotional purposes.
The Mall reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without any prior notice. In the event of any disputes, The Management’s decision shall be final.
