Promotion is valid from 6th to 28th
December 2025. *Maximum of 3 receipts from the same day can be combined to meet
the minimum spend of $50. Original receipts must be presented at the
point of redemption. Limited to the first 80 redemptions per day. Each shopper
is allowed up to 3 redemptions per day. Redemptions are on a first-come,
first-served basis while stocks last. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be
exchanged for cash. All event details are accurate at the time of posting and

“Frost & Festivities at Le Quest Mall’s Sure-Win Gacha Draw” (the “Draw”) is organized by Le Quest Mall (“The Mall”). Throughout this document, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “the organizer” refer to Le Quest Mall.
By participating in the Draw, you agree to comply with
these terms and conditions as well as any other applicable rules. Failure to
adhere to these terms may result in disqualification at any stage, with any
prizes forfeited, withheld, or reclaimed.
The Draw is valid for purchases made between 6 Dec 2025
and ends at 1800hrs on 28 Dec 2025 (the “Entry Period”)
Redemptions submitted before or after the Entry Period
will not be accepted.
The Draw is open to all individuals aged 18 years or
older.
Receipts from medical treatments, bill payments, or
AXS machine transactions are not eligible for the Draw.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Participants shall:
- Spend a minimum
of $50.00 in a single day to be entitled to 1 chance at the Draw.
Maximum of 3 receipts from the same day can be
combined.
Original receipts must be produced.
Limited to a maximum of 3 redemptions per shopper per
day.
Limited to first 80 redemptions per draw day only.
Redemptions are while stocks last on a
first-come-first-serve basis.
Receipts for medical treatments, bill payments or any
other payments made by AXS machines will not be applicable for redemptions.

Draw” is located at the main entrance (near Guardian)
The Draw will be held on 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21,
27, 28 Dec 2025
Operating hours are from 1200hrs to 1800hrs
Prizes must be drawn and collected instantly at the
booth on the day of the Draw.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and
cannot be redeemed for cash or any other benefits.
The Mall reserves the right to substitute any prize
with an alternative gift of similar value without prior notice.
Unclaimed prizes will not be reserved or reissued.
The value of the gift will be solely determined by the
Mall.
The Mall’s decision on all matters related to the Draw
is final and binding.
Appeals or correspondence regarding disqualifications
or prize-related issues will not be entertained.
By participating, the participant agrees to hold
harmless, defend and indemnify the Mall from and against any and all claims,
demands, liability, damages, or causes of action or losses, with respect to or
arising out of or related to the prize.
All costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related
expenses that are incurred to participate in this Draw and to redeem the prizes
are the sole responsibility of the participants.
The Mall reserves the right to change these terms and
conditions, including the right to cancel the Draw in such manner as they deem
fit, without prior notice or reason, and without liability to such participant
or winner.
By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to participate
in all reasonable media publicity as instructed by the Mall.
The Mall shall reserve the right to publish, use the
names and/or photographs of the Draw’s winner(s) and photographs/content
submitted by the participants for the Draw as materials for the purposes of
advertising and/or trade publicity, without any prior notice to the Draws
winner(s) and the Draw’s winner(s) shall not be entitled to claim ownership or
other forms of compensation materials from the Mall or its affiliates.
Participation in the Draw implies consent to
photography and videography of prize presentations for advertising purposes.
The Mall reserves the right to disqualify any
incomplete, improper, or late entry without providing any reason.
If a winner is found to have violated any of these
terms, the prize may be revoked, and the Mall reserves the right to request its
return.

“Build A Tree Social Media Giveaway” (the “Contest”) is organized by Le Quest Mall (the “Mall”). By participating in the Contest, you agree to the unconditional acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions, which may be amended from time to time without prior notice.
How to Participate
Participants must:
- Find the
correct puzzle pieces in the “Build A Tree Social Media Giveaway” post on
Instagram or Facebook.
- Submit their
answer in the comments section of the Contest post.
- Tag 3 friends
in the post.
- Like and share
the Contest post on their social media accounts.
- Follow
@LeQuestMall on Instagram or Facebook.
Only one entry per social media account is permitted.
Participants must ensure their profile is public
during the Contest period to allow verification of the entry.

The Mall will contact winners via a direct message on
Instagram or Facebook and to obtain their particulars in order to facilitate
redemption of their prizes.
Prizes are non-transferable and
cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
Winners must provide valid proof of identity and/or
eligibility upon request. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the
prize.
The Mall reserves the right not to award any prizes,
if in their opinion, none of the eligible entries meet the required standard
for the prizes.
If, for any reason, the Contest is unable to proceed
as planned, or due to any other causes beyond the control of The Mall that
affects the administration, security, integrity or proper conduct of the
Contest, The Mall reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any
individuals who tamper with the entries, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or
suspend the Contest.
The Participant shall assume all risks in respect of
loss, injury, damage or liability which may arise as a result of or in
connection to the Participant’s participation in the Contest, and shall not
hold The Mall responsible in respect thereof except for liability which cannot
be excluded by law.
The Participant shall defend, fully indemnify and hold
The Mall and its employees and agents harmless from and against
- (i) All
liabilities, damages, losses, costs (including legal costs on a full
indemnity basis) and expenses arising from any claims, demands, actions,
proceedings, judgment or execution which The Mall, its employees or agents
may suffer or incur from or in connection to the participant’s
participation in the Contest; and
- (ii) Any
claims, demands, actions, proceedings, judgment or execution, arising from
infringement or alleged infringement of any copyright or other
intellectual property right or violation of confidentiality in the
Materials produced, reproduced or submitted for the Contest.
CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA USAGE FOR MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL DISTRIBUTION
By participating in the campaign, all participants are deemed to have consented to: the collection, use and disclosure of personal information where deemed practically necessary for the execution of the contests and giveaways.
By participating in the campaign, participants grants The Mall permission to use any or all of the submitted images for marketing or promotional purposes.
