- This voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
- The value of this voucher is expressed in Singapore Currency.
- This voucher is only valid for use at all participating outlets in Le Quest Mall.
- This voucher must be presented in person during use.
- This voucher cannot be used at money-changing or top-up facilities, atrium/roadshow events, for purchases of, or transactions related to: medical treatments, parking fees, top-ups, cash cards, gift vouchers, gift cards, sign-ups, memberships and payment of bills at any of the participating outlets, unless otherwise stated.
- This voucher cannot be used to offset any credit card outstanding account or any other credit purchases.
- This voucher must be fully utilized when making payment and any unused balance will be forfeited. Multiple vouchers may be combined for use in a single transaction.
- Damaged, defaced, expired or voided vouchers will not be accepted.
- This voucher will not be refunded or replaced if lost, misplaced, damaged, defaced, stolen, expired or voided.
- This voucher is strictly valid up to the expiry date indicated and will be deemed null or void after the expiry date. No extensions of expiry date will be allowed.
- Only vouchers with valid serial numbers and official stamp will be accepted.
- The management of Le Quest mall will not be liable for any claims, demands, losses, damages, expenses or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction or use of this voucher.
- The management of Le Quest Mall reserves all rights to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- In event of any dispute, the management’s decision shall be final.
