LANTERN MAKING WORKSHOP
Unleash your creativity with hands-on art demonstrations led by skilled teachers, where you will create your own lanterns, while exploring the beauty of calligraphy ink and water colours. 🏮

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Participants shall:

- Flash the follower status at the Lantern Making Booth to be entitled to 1 set of lantern
Limited to 1 redemption per follower.
Redemptions are while stocks last on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Items cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
The Mall reserves the right to change and vary the promotional item at any time and may substitute for an alternative item of similar value without prior notice.
The value of the item will be solely determined by the Mall.
By participating, the participant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify the Mall from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages, or causes of action or losses, with respect to or arising out of or related to the item.
All costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to redeem the item are the sole responsibility of the participants.
The Mall reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, including the right to cancel the redemption in such manner as they deem fit, without prior notice or reason, and without liability to such participant.
By accepting the item, the participant agrees to participate in all reasonable media publicity as instructed by the Mall relating to the item prior to and after the collection of the item.
The Mall shall reserve the right to publish, use the names and/or photographs of the participants and photographs/content submitted by the participants as materials for the purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity, without any prior notice to the participants and the participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation materials from the Mall or its affiliates.
By participating in this redemption, participants are deemed to have given their consent to photography and/or videography for purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity.
In the event that a participant is found to be ineligible after the redemption, the item may be revoked and the participant is requested to return the item.
The Mall may disclose to third parties overseeing the event, such personal information as may be required for event management.
The Mall reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete, improper or late entry without disclosing or providing any reason whatsoever
LUCKY DRAW
By participating in the Lucky Draw (Giveaway), the participant agrees to the unconditional acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions, which may be amended from time to time without prior notice being given.
Entries will be accepted exclusively at the event, between 1800hrs to 1930hrs.
Entries submitted before or after the eligible period will not be accepted.
Each participant is permitted to submit only one (1) entry. Multiple entries from the same individual will not be accepted.
Each participant is eligible to win one prize only.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to participate.
Entries that do not fulfil the above criteria will be deemed ineligible and will be disqualified.
Winners will be selected at random, and the announcement of the winners will take place at the conclusion of the musical performance.
Prizes must be claimed in person at the event. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be selected at the organizer’s discretion.
Prizes are non-transferrable and no cash equivalent will be offered.
Le Quest Mall (“The Mall”) reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and/or eligibility (if required) in order to claim a prize. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
The Mall reserves the right not to award any prizes, if in their opinion, none of the eligible entries meet the required standard for the prizes.
If, for any reason, the Giveaway is unable to proceed as planned, or due to any other causes beyond the control of The Mall that affects the administration, security, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway, The Mall reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individuals who tamper with the entries, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway.
The Participant shall assume all risks in respect of loss, injury, damage or liability which may arise as a result of or in connection to the Participant’s participation in the Giveaway, and shall not hold The Mall responsible in respect thereof except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Participant shall defend, fully indemnify and hold The Mall and its employees and agents harmless from and against
All liabilities, damages, losses, costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) and expenses arising from any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, judgment or execution which The Mall, its employees or agents may suffer or incur from or in connection to the participant’s participation in the Giveaway; and
Any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, judgment or execution, arising from infringement or alleged infringement of any copyright or other intellectual property right or violation of confidentiality in the Materials produced, reproduced or submitted for the Giveaway
CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA USAGE FOR MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL DISTRIBUTION
By participating in the Giveaway, all participants are deemed to have consented to: the collection, use and disclosure of personal information where deemed practically necessary for the execution of the Giveaway.
By participating in the Giveaway, participants grants The Mall permission to use any or all of the submitted images for marketing or promotional purposes.
The Mall reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without any prior notice. In the event of any disputes, The Management’s decision shall be final.
